متطلبات العمل:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields
  • Good level of English is required

Fluency in Arabic

  • At least one year of practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Ability to work in unstable conditions, independently and in a team
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Interest in humanitarian field and administration
  • Good communication skills
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality

الوصف الوظيفي:

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain the current filing system in Human Resources department which includes organising personal documents of staff and opening personal files for new hired staff.
  • Record administrative documents submitted to the HR department, examples include leave requests tracking, attendance sheets and time sheets.
  • Scan key HR and Admin documents and maintain electronic version.
  • Keep an updated organisation chart and HR database for the Raqqa Office.
  • Keep a list of employee’s end-of-contract dates and of notice period dates and submit them one month in advance in order to anticipate contract renewals or end of contracts.

Recruitment and Hiring Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the recruitment and hiring SOP is implemented and adhered to.
  • Publish the announcement online, receive CVs and schedule technical tests and job interviews.
  • Ensure that all the recruitment documents (job posting requisition, interview notes, technical tests, etc.) are competed, approved and recorded.
  • Assist the interview panel in the recruitment process and facilitate interviews.
  • Support the line manager in preparing staff agreements (new recruitment and contract extensions) and ensure each staff is aware of contract terms and conditions.
  • Support the line manager with HR activities such as (but not limited to) inductions and CvT key policies trainings.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Other tasks assigned by employee’s Line Manager corresponding to actual needs of the department.
  • Substitute relevant colleagues (fully or partially) during their absence when assigned by Line Manager.
  • Understand, adhere and advocate the mission’s National Staff Handbook, CvT Code of Conduct, CvT Key Policies and relevant guidelines.
  • Changes can be made to this job description, and any changes will be communicated and agreed with the Human Resources and Admin Assistant by the line manager.
