الوصف الوظيفي:
الغرض من الوظيفة: تنفيذ أنشطة تعزيز الصحة (المعلومات والتعليم والتواصل) مع المرضى والسكان المحليين لرفع معارفهم ومهاراتهم في الموضوعات الطبية ذات الصلة.

- إعلام المرضى والمجتمعات عن المنظمة والخدمات التي تقدمها.
- حسب الأولويات الطبية ، تقديم المعلومات للمرضى والمجتمع حول مواضيع صحية محددة
- تنفيذ أنشطة التثقيف والتوعية الصحية (دورات في المدارس ، الكنائس ، المجتمع) بإرشاد وإشراف مشرف التثقيف الصحي.
- بتوجيه من مشرف التثقيف الصحي ، قم بتقييم تأثير الأنشطة (مع الأسئلة والتحقق وملاحظات السلوك) وقم بالإبلاغ عن المشكلات والنجاح والقيود له/ها.
- جمع كل أنواع المعلومات المتعلقة بالصحة والظروف المعيشية المحددة للسكان ، ولا سيما لتحديد الفئات السكانية الأكثر ضعفاً لاستهدافها.
- تقرير إلى مشرف التثقيف الصحي بالأنشطة والمشكلات التي تمت مواجهتها ونقاط القوة والقيود.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على اتصالات مع الشركاء الاجتماعيين ، بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى والخدمات الصحية الحكومية التي يمكن أن تقدم إجابات على المشاكل الاجتماعية.
- الحفاظ على مناطق التعليم والتواصل نظيفة ومرتبة وتوفر المواد المهنية.
- المشاركة في إنشاء أي مادة لازمة لأنشطة الإعلام والتعليم والتواصل .
- الانخراط بطريقة هادفة ورحيمة ومناسبة ثقافيًا مع المرضى والقائمين على رعايتهم من خلال آليات متفق عليها للمساءلة والمراسلة ، والاستماع بنشاط ، وتوفير المعلومات التوجيهية للمرضى وأفراد المجتمع
- تقديم تقرير أسبوعي عن التحديات والجوانب الرئيسية لأهداف الوظيفة وإكمال استطلاعات مُشبعة
- الترويج للمرافق والخدمات الصحية بالمنظمة للمجتمعات داخل المنشآت وداخل المجتمعات
- التحلي بالمرونة في دعم الفريق الطبي كما هو مطلوب لضمان وجود اتجاه إيجابي للأنشطة

Job Requirements:
Education • Education level in social science, social communication, nurse or teaching
- It is necessary a internal the organization training on health messages
Language • Fluent in Arabic : ESSENTIAL
- English : Highly desirable
Experience • Preferable previous experience in teaching, nursing or social work, community mobilization (for OCBA, at least two years).
- Computer literacy
Job Description:
Main Purpose: Implement Health Promotion/IEC (Information, Education, Communication)activities with patients and local population to raise their knowledge and skills on relevant medical topics.
Accountabilities:
- Inform patients and communities about the organization and services it provides.
- According to medical priorities, deliver information to the patients and community on specific health topics
- Implement activities of health education and awareness (sessions in schools, churches, community), under the indications and supervision of the HP Supervisor.
- Under the guide of HP Supervisor, assess the impact of activities (with questions, verifications and behaviors observations), and report problems, success and constraints to him/her.
- Collect all type of information related to specific health and living conditions of the population, in particular to identify the most vulnerable populations to target.
- Report to HP Supervisor: activities, problems met, strengths and constraints.
- Establish and maintain contacts with social partners, including other NGO’s, governmental health services that can provide answers to social problems.
- Keep education and communication areas clean and tidy and professional materials available.
- Participate in creation of any material needed for the activities of information, education and communication
- To engage in a meaningful, compassionate, culturally appropriate manner with patients and caretakers with agreed messaging and accountability mechanisms, actively listening, providing orientation information for patients and community members
- To report on a weekly basis challenges and main aspects of job objectives and to complete satisfaction surveys
- To promote the organization health facilities and services to the communities inside the facilities and inside the communities
- Being flexible in supporting the medical team as required to ensure a positive direction of the activities
