المؤهلات المطلوبة :
- المؤهل الجامعي في العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
- خبرة في العمل الاجتماعي وأنشطة التوعية.
- خبرة في إكمال التقييمات واستكمال ملاحظات الحالة
- معرفة العمل باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية كتابة وتحدثا.
- مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال غير العنيف والتنظيم والدبلوماسية.
- الالتزام بالمبادئ والقيم الإنسانية.
- الالتزام بالاهتمام بتكافؤ الفرص وممارسات النوع الاجتماعي.
- عضو فريق جيد.
- المرونة تحت الضغط واستجابة للاحتياجات المتغيرة.

الوصف الوظيفي:
تحديد الحالات الضعيفة:
- الدعم في تحديد المستفيدين المعرضين للخطر من خلال الاتصال مع جميع القطاعات المعنية والزيارة المنتظمة لمواقع المشاريع والأسر ذات الصلة.
- إجراء تقييمات التوعية الأولية لجميع الحالات الضعيفة المحالة إلى برنامج الحماية داخليًا وخارجيًا.
- تقييم الحالات وترتيب أولوياتها وفقًا لمستوى المخاطر.
- تقديم الدعم لتدريب ميسري التوعية بالحماية في تحديد وإحالة الحالات الضعيفة.
تخطيط الحالة والتنفيذ:
- استنادًا إلى الاحتياجات المحددة من خلال التقييم ، قم بتطوير خطة دعم التوعية ، بالتعاون مع المستفيد وميسر الحماية وبالتوجيه الفني لموظف الحماية.
- تحديد وإحالة ومتابعة جميع الخدمات والتأكد من تنفيذ نقاط العمل من داخل خطة الدعم ضمن الإطار الزمني المتفق عليه.
- الحفاظ على الاتصال المنتظم مع وكالات الإحالة الخارجية للحصول على أحكام الخدمة.
- المراجعة المنتظمة لخطة دعم التوعية وضبطها عند الحاجة لضمان التقدم.
- مراقبة وتوجيه وإرشاد ودعم المستفيدين وأسرهم طوال العملية. تقديم المعلومات والمشورة للمستفيدين حول الخدمات الاجتماعية القائمة والإرشاد الاجتماعي وكيفية الوصول إليها
- إجراء زيارات منزلية منتظمة في مجموعة متنوعة من المواقع الحضرية والمخيمات.
- ضمان جمع البيانات وتخزينها بطريقة سرية
أخرى :
- اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمعالجة قضايا المساواة ، لا سيما المتعلقة بالنوع الاجتماعي ، في البرامج وكذلك الأنشطة التنفيذية.
- ضمان أعلى مستويات المساءلة من خلال ضمان التواصل الجيد وتبادل المعلومات داخل وخارج المنظمة.
- كن على دراية بجميع سياسات وإجراءات Concern وفهمها والامتثال لها (P4 ، التمويل ، الخدمات اللوجستية ، الموارد البشرية ، إدارة الأمن ، إلخ).
- الاضطلاع بواجبات أخرى ذات صلة قد يتم تعيينها بشكل معقول من قبل المدير المباشر
التنسيق والإبلاغ:
- المشاركة في مشاورات حالة أسبوعية وجلسات نظير إلى نظير.
- تقديم تحديثات أسبوعية / تقارير عن الحالات وأنشطة التوعية لموظف الحماية.
- دعم تخطيط الخدمات المتاحة والمنظمات العاملة في المنطقة.

Job Requirements:
Essential
- University qualification in social work or another relevant domain.
- Experience in social work and outreach activities.
- Experience completing assessments and completing case notes
- A working knowledge of written and spoken English/Arabic.
- Excellent nonviolent communication, organization and diplomacy skills.
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and values.
- Commitment to Concern equal opportunity and gender practices.
- Good team member.
- Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.
Desirable
- Former work experience with an NGO is desirable.
Job Description:
Identification of vulnerable cases:
- Support in the identification of vulnerable beneficiaries by liaising with all Concern sectors and regularly visiting relevant project sites and households.
- Conducting initial outreach assessments for all vulnerable cases referred to the Protection Program internally and externally.
- Assess and prioritize cases according to risk level.
- Support in the training of Protection Outreach Facilitators in the identification and referral of vulnerable cases.
Case Planning and Implementation:
- Based on the needs identified through assessment, develop an outreach support plan, in collaboration with the beneficiary, Protection Facilitator and with technical guidance of Protection Officer.
- Identify, refer and follow up on all services and ensure action points from within the support plan are carried out within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain regular communication with external referral agencies for service provisions.
- Regularly review, and when needed adjust, outreach support plan to ensure progress.
- Monitor, guide, advise and support beneficiary and their family throughout the process; Provide information and advise the beneficiaries on existing social services and social counselling and how to access them
- Conduct regular home visits in a variety of urban and camp locations.
- Ensure data collection and storage is done in a confidential manner.
Co-ordination and Reporting:
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer-to-peer sessions.
- Provide weekly updates/reports on cases and outreach activities to the Protection Officer.
- Support the mapping of the available services and organizations operating in the area.
Other:
- Take active measures to address equality issues, particularly relating to gender, in programme as well as operational activities.
- Ensure the highest stands of accountability by ensuring good communication and information sharing within and outside the organisation.
- Be aware of, understand and comply with all of Concern’s policies and procedures (P4, finance, logistics, HR, security management etc).
- Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the line manager
