A non-governmental organization is implementing implementing the project “Rehabilitation of communal Agriculture assets (irrigation, bakeries, mills, granaries) in Northeast of Syria” is inviting contractors
نحن منظمة غير ربحية، تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع “إعادة تأهيل الأصول الإنتاجية (الري والمخابز والمطاحن ومخازن الحبوب) شمال شرق سوريا” وهي تدعوا متعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد و الخدمات اللازمة لإعادة تأهيل مخبز 8 اذار العام في مدينة الحسكة
Rehabilitation works will include, but are not limited to:
- Rehabilitation of two production lines in the bakery
- Supply and installation of engines
- Supply and installation of some replacement parts
- Cleaning and painting the metal structure of the production line
- Rehabilitation of infrastructure of the bakery building
- Improving perimeter security (doors, windows, locks)
- Improving electrical wiring and lighting
- Repairing and/or installing basic plumbing equipment including water taps, faucets, basins
- Spot fixes (Remove smoke effects, plaster, paint, tiles, other construction works) to repair walls and roofs
All rehabilitation works will need to be completed prior to September 30th, 2020.
أعمال إعادة التأهيل سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- أعادة تأهيل خطي الأنتاج في المخبز
- تقديم وتركيب محركات
- تقديم وتركيب بعض قطع الغيار
- تنظيف ودهان الهيكل المعدني لخط الانتاج.
- إعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية لمبنى المخبز.
- تحسين الامن الخارجي ( أبواب، نوافذ، أقفال)
- تحسين التمديدات الكهربائية والانارة
- اصلاح و/أو تركيب مواد الصرف الصحي الأساسية بما فيه صنابير المياه، والمغاسل.
- إصلاحات موضعية (إزالة آثار الدخان, تزريق، دهان, بلاط, أعمال بناء أخرى) لإصلاح الجدران والأسطح
جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي قبل 30 أيلول 2020
Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from our office- Al Qadesya Street, near Salah Aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com.
Late offers will be automatically rejected
يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين من مكتبنا في عامودا- شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي syria.operations@gmail.com.
العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 28/07/2020 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com and the Email subject should be
“ RFQ/16CVZ 2/G19RCA/AMU/SHEL/14-07-2020/1”
Late offers will be automatically rejected.
العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 28/07/2020 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط Syria.operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل :

العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on 21/07/2020 at 14:00 local time in Our representative office in Al Qadesya Street, Near Salah Aldeen Mosque. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at our office on 22/07/2020
جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في يوم 21/07/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في مكتبنا في منطقة عامودا – شارع القادسية بجانب مسجد صلاح الدين .المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتبنا في يوم 22/07/2020
