متطلبات العمل:
- University or institute degree.
- Experience in conducting surveys, monitoring and assessments, previous experience with NGO is preferable.
- Willingness and ability to perform monitoring field work.
- Ability to work and interact with a diverse staff and beneficiaries from different ethnicities and backgrounds.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Monitoring all the ongoing distribution processes in the camp
- Conduct a survey for the camp residents after each distribution to get feedback on the quality and quantity of received items
- Fill in ODK forms on CMORE for the delivered and distributed quantity of items the camp residents per sectors and communities.
- Register and follow up beneficiaries’ complaints and report to the M&E Officer.
- Report any finding or issue that need to be flagged to the M&E Officer directly.
- Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
