Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support FS& Emergency Program Officers and Assistants in daily program activities implementations; distributions, assessments, monitoring, data collection, and following training given by FS & Emergency Officers
- Use data collection software (Kobo collect)
- Coordinate closely with CVT FS& Emergency Program Officer and Assistants to determine the weekly work plan
- Provide feedback to the Program Officer and Assistants following distributions, data collection assignment
- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports
- Regularly coordinate and inform FSE Program Officers or Assistants on the progress of the activities
- Follow CVT’s practices and procedures, and report any problems to the FS & Emergency Program Officer or Assistants
- Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive
- any other tasks related to CvT activities on the request of FS& Emergency Program Officers or Assistants.
Suitable candidates for this position should possess:
Qualifications / Technical Skills:
- Desired Bachelor’s Degree at least in Rural Development, English, Pedagogy, Economics, Food Security, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Good in English and experience working for an international humanitarian organization are desirable
- Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish

- Proactive and able to cope with a challenging and constantly-evolving humanitarian work environment, often under pressure.
- An effective capacity ability to establish and manage effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and external partners
- A strong commitment towards humanitarian relief and disaster operations. It is of utmost priority that candidates understand, respect and actively promote the spirit of the mandate and core humanitarian
values, including: humanity and the humanitarian imperative, independence, impartiality, neutrality, and accountability in aid

الوصف الوظيفي
- دعم موظفي ومساعدي برامج الطوارئ & في تطبيقات أنشطة البرنامج اليومية.
- التوزيعات والتقييمات والمراقبة وجمع البيانات والتدريب التالي الذي يقدمه موظفو الخدمات المالية والطوارئ.
- استخدام برنامج جمع البيانات (Kobo).
- التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع موظف برنامج الطوارئ ومساعديه ؛ لتحديد خطة العمل الأسبوعية
- تقديم التغذية الراجعة لموظف البرنامج والمساعدين بعد التوزيعات ، وإسناد مهمة جمع البيانات
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية
- التنسيق المنتظم وإبلاغ مسؤولي أو مساعدي برنامج الامن الغذائي بالتقدم المحرز في الأنشطة
- اتبع ممارسات وإجراءات CVT ، والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل لموظف أو مساعدي برنامج الطوارئ
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلفه. الواجبات والمسؤوليات المذكورة هي ممثلة لطبيعة ومستوى العمل المعين وليست بالضرورة شاملة
- أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بأنشطة CvT بناءً على طلب مسؤولي أو مساعدي برنامج الطوارئ.
يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون المناسبون لهذا المنصب:
المؤهلات / المهارات الفنية:
- درجة البكالوريوس المطلوبة على الأقل في التنمية الريفية أو اللغة الإنجليزية أو علم أصول التدريس أو الاقتصاد أو الأمن الغذائي أو المجالات ذات الصلة ؛
- إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، ولا سيما مايكروسوفت وورد، مايكروسوفت إكسل، ومايكروسوفت أوتلوك
- جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية وخبرة في العمل في منظمة إنسانية دولية أمر مرغوب فيه
- يجيد اللغتين العربية والكردية
مهارات الاتصال والتنسيق فيما بين الأشخاص:
- استباقية وقادرة على مواجهة بيئة العمل الإنساني الصعبة والمتطورة باستمرار، وغالبا ما تكون تحت الضغط.
- القدرة الفعالة على إقامة وإدارة علاقات عمل فعالة مع الزملاء والمديرين والشركاء الخارجيين
- التزام قوي بعمليات الإغاثة الإنسانية والكوارث.
- ومن الأولويات القصوى أن يفهم المرشحون روح الولاية والمساعدات الإنسانية الأساسية ويحترمونها ويعززونها بنشاط
