متطلبات العمل:
- شهادة جامعية في المجالات ذات الصلة أو شهادة ثانوية على الأقل مع خبرة في وظيفة مماثلة لأكثر من أربعة أشهر.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
محفز تعزيز النظافة (HPM) هو عضو في فريق تعزيز النظافة (HP) ومسؤول عن تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بزيارات المستفيدين من منزل إلى منزل لتعزيز النظافة في المجتمعات المستهدفة. ، وهو مسؤول عن رفع مستوى الوعي بين المجتمعات ببرنامج كونسيرن في سوريا
تحت اشراف:
مساعد أو مسؤول المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية ,أيام العمل تصل إلى 25 يوما في الشهر
ساعات العمل :
هذا المنصب هو وظيفة بدوام كامل لمدة 8 ساعات / يوم لتنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات التالية خلال فترة العمل.

Job Title: Hygiene Promotion Mobilizer

Job Requirements:
University degree in related fields or secondary schools at least with experience in similar position for more than four months.
The Hygiene Promotion Mobilizer will work house-to-house to conduct the Hygiene Promotion sessions and all Hygiene Promotion will include key messages regarding diseases prevention messages, Safe water handling, safe food handling, safe excreta disposal, hand washing, waste removal, etc. And all these will be according to the training and the guidelines received from Concern staff.
Hygiene Promotion Mobilizer should record any particular challenges or issues faced for each household visited in regard to sanitation or water supply and these issues should then be addressed by the project team if possible.
HPM should convey the health messages directly to the targeted HHs (male and female)
HPM should fill required reports’ formats provided by HP supervisor.
Any other tasks from direct HP supervisor.
Good skills in mobilizing community resources
Good experience in using tablets and data collection programs )Kobo, iForm, and others(
