1– The advertisement starts from 26-06-2023 till 10-07-2023 at 4:00 Iraq time
2– The type of currency is the US dollar, and any difference in the kind of currency neglects the offer
3– The papers include a detailed CV, experience certificate, and a valid trade license, in addition to the financial and technical offer and RFQ. Any lack of required documents will neglect the offer
4- The supplier shall send a copy of (The request for Quotation) signed and stamped.
5- The supplier confirms the individual price for each item with the calculation of the full price for each item, and then confirms the final sum of the bid
6- The supplier is obligated to confirm the names of the brands offered, the country of origin, and the technical and technical specifications
7- Every supplier who objects after the date of opening the bids or during the contract will be deprived of the next organization’s tenders, and the name of the person will be approved with the name of the company in the blacklist
