Evaluation and award criteria |
The Framework agreement is awarded to the tender, among administratively compliant tenders, with the best price-quality ratio established by weighing technical quality against price. All quotations will be assessed according to the following evaluation criteria:
· Quality of items (30% of the evaluation score) · Price of items (40% of the evaluation score) · Delivery time (30% of the evaluation score)
The evaluation is carried out on a lot-by-lot basis.

Tendering |
The tender dossier shall be requested in writing to the contracting authority at the e-mail address opentender@unponteper.it Tenders must be submitted to the e-mail address opentender@unponteper.it no later than 28.01.2021 by 11.59pm Syrian time. Tender opening session will be held online on 31.01.2021 at 11.00 am Syrian time. Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to join online to the opening.
