الوصف الوظيفي:

يقوم الحارس بمراقبة مباني Solidarités International من أجل ضمان أمن جميع السلع والمعدات والأفراد في منطقة مهمته.

قائمة المهام الرئيسية:

الأمان

تأكد من أن أبواب المباني والمخزونات مقفلة أو مقفلة
حافظ على إضاءة كافية في جميع أنحاء المباني التي يتم مراقبتها
تأكد من أن جميع المعدات الموجودة تحت تصرفه تعمل بشكل صحيح
تسجيل في دفتر السجل جميع المركبات التي تدخل وتخرج من المبنى وركابها ، وتحركات الناس على الأقدام
تأكد من أن شخصًا واحدًا على الأقل في كل سيارة من سيارات Solidarités International يمتلك وسيلة اتصال
شاهد الوقوف عند باب المدخل وقم بدوريات في المنطقة المحددة
كتابة تقرير خدمة بعد الراحة وتقرير حالة كلما توليت الخدمة
ضمان المراقبة الراديوية المستمرة / البقاء على اتصال دائم
إذا لزم الأمر ، أطلق الإنذار باستخدام الوسائل المتاحة لهذا الغرض
في حالة وقوع حادث أثناء الخدمة ، قم بإبلاغ المدير المباشر على الفور

حتى إذا طُلب من مراقب حماية وتأمين البضائع والمناطق والأشخاص ، فلا يجوز له تحت أي ظرف من الظروف استخدام القوة أو المخاطرة بحياته. إذا نشأ خطر ، يجب عليهم استخدام الفطرة السليمة لإدارة الموقف بأفضل طريقة ممكنة

تصفية ومراقبة وتنظيم وصول ومغادرة الأشخاص والبضائع المتأثرة أو العابرة من خلال منطقة مهمته
افتح البوابة أمام المركبات ، وإذا لزم الأمر ، قم بإرشاد السائقين الذين يدخلون ويغادرون مبنى Solidarités

مهام اخرى

تنشيط وإيقاف تشغيل المولد حسب الحاجة أو كما هو محدد بواسطة الإجراء المعمول به ، وقم بتعبئة دفتر السجل
تأكد من وجود احتياطي وقود دائمًا في المولد وافحص مستوى الزيت

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, previous NGO experience is an advantage.

Fluency in Arabic (Speaking, Writing, Reading), English (Speaking, Writing, Reading) is an asset.
Demonstrable high level of integrity, interpersonal skills and patience.

Job Description:

Goal/Purpose:

The Watchman monitors the Solidarités International premises in order to guarantee the security of all goods, equipment and personnel on his/her assignment area.

List of main tasks:

Security

Ensure that doors to premises and stocks are locked or padlocked
Maintain sufficient lighting throughout the premises being monitored
Ensure that all equipment at his/her disposal functions properly
Record in the log book all vehicles that enter and leave the premises and their passengers, and the movements of people on foot
Check that at least one occupant of every Solidarités International vehicle is in possession of a means of communication
Stand watch at the entrance door and patrol the specified zone
Write a service report after being relieved and a situation report whenever assuming duty
Ensure constant radio monitoring / remain in constant contact
If necessary, sound the alarm using the means provided for this purpose
If an incident occurs during service, inform the line manager immediately

Even if a Watchman is asked to protect and secure goods, areas and people, under no circumstances may he/she use force or risk his/her life. If danger arises, they should use common sense to manage the situation in the best possible way

Welcome

Filter, monitor and organize the arrival and departure of people and goods affected by or in transit through his/her assignment area
Open the gate for vehicles and, if necessary, guide drivers entering and leaving the Solidarités premises

Other tasks

Activate and switch off the generator as needed or as specified by established procedure, and fill out the log book
Ensure that there is always a fuel reserve in the generator and check the oil level
